Our 2024 season registration fees have been outlined by the committee for the 2024 season as indicated below for each age group.
The club committee consists of 100% volunteers who give up many hours of their time every week to complete tasks and then on game day also. Our club in 2023 had over 700 members and we expect to be well over the 900 mark this season. For this reason we need assistance from our members and we ask that every players parent or guardian (only one) when requested, allocates an hour of their time prior to the game to assist in the canteen, by either assisting serving in the canteen, helping on the barbecue, or some other minor tasks. We will not miss your child’s game and your slot will be allocated on a day where your child is playing at home. A committee member will always be there to assist.
To guarantee we have an operational canteen which is a requirement from BDSFA we have a paid teenager working in the canteen fulltime. The view the committee have taken this season to ensure we get the support from our members in the canteen, is to incorporate a refundable fee of $20 in your registration costs. This will be refunded on the day you attend the canteen duty. Your team will be nominated a few weeks during the season and your coach & manager will work with the parents / guardians to nominate 2 players adults who should attend. If you do not attend on the day once nominated your $20 will be forfeited and allocated to fund the canteen in the future.
The registrations costs include all of the following:
- All BDFSA fees, insurance costs and all/any referees fees for the full season inclusive of finals.
- No additional fund raising requirements for individual members.
- A club jersey for game day (to be returned at the end of the season).
- A soccer ball for every U5 to U12 registered kid (to be returned at the end of the season).
- $20* refundable fee once completion of canteen assistance on match day.
- Presentation Day at the end of the season with a trophy for each player, coach and manager.

This excludes the $50 Active Kids Rebate available to all school children under the age.
Please note if you would like your child to play in an age group above their normal age group eg a Child born between 01/01/2019 and 31/12/2019 would fall into the U5 age group and you would like your child to play in the U6 or U7 age group. Please select the relevant Product group for your child so we can accommodate for this.
Additional out of pocket expenses for each player:
– Each player is required to wear the clubs official shorts and socks purchased from the club.
